Glide is made of an octophonic audio system and a set of black circles and mirrors on the floor. This installation has been realised in the "Halle au blé" of Alençon, a circular construction with a dome conceived by Gustave Eiffel. The reverberation and circulation of the sounds inside the building are quite impressive. Eight loudspeakers are set up at equal distances around the circle, facing the center and playing a composition made of recordings done around the city. The black points and mirrors on the floor are symbolizing places that were the subject of recordings. People can freely move and choose several points of listening to experience the multiple resonances of the building.
