You can either print it out, write in the required information and send it to Gabrielle de Vietri, Idea Submissions, 21 Alexander St, Collingwood 3066, Victoria Australia, or use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to type the information, save it to your computer and send it as an attachment to [ideas@ideascatalogue.com]
